60s Classic Cars
These were the golden years for the big manufacturers. Mass-market cars were known for speed and performance, and Detroit introduced seatbelts. With cheap gasoline and open roads, many Americans fell in love with muscle cars. Their need for speed was met by cars like the Camaro, the Mustang and the super-charged Road Runner. My favorite from this decade? The 1961 Corvair Monza 2-Door.
